By accessing or using RepurposAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

RepurposAI is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that transforms your content into optimized posts for multiple social media platforms. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Account & Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
  • One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted

4. Usage & Credits

  • Free accounts receive 3 content repurposes
  • Pro accounts receive 100 repurposes per month
  • Unlimited accounts have no repurpose limits
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you submit and all content generated by the service. RepurposAI does not claim any rights over your input or output content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Generating spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
  • Submitting content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Using automated scripts or bots to access the service

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

RepurposAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated content.
